Before You Complete Your Purchase

The following conditions apply when you buy from Ghhshrhfgg, a curtain tieback store operated by Hong Kong Guelta Limited. They explain how orders are reviewed, how payments and product information are handled, and what to expect during preparation and delivery.

Please review this agreement together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. By submitting a purchase, you agree to the conditions applicable to your order.

Nothing stated here overrides consumer rights that must be provided under applicable law.

1. Who May Purchase

Orders may be submitted by customers who are at least 18 years old, have reached the legal age of majority in their place of residence, and can legally enter into a binding contract.

When checking out, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • The billing, contact, and shipping information you provide is complete and accurate.
  • Your purchase is intended for personal use, unless we have approved commercial resale.

We may retain transaction records and correspondence for customer assistance, fraud prevention, and required recordkeeping. The handling of those records is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Payment Processing and Customer Details

3. Submission, Acceptance, and Order Changes

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, acceptance occurs when we send your shipping confirmation.

Need to correct an address, change an item, or request cancellation? Email support@ghhshrhfgg.com as soon as possible. Changes may no longer be possible after preparation begins, although any cancellation or return rights provided by law continue to apply.

Once an order has been accepted, subsequent changes to website prices, descriptions, or promotions will not alter that order, except where applicable law permits.

4. Choosing and Using Curtain Tiebacks

Our Woven Calm, Modern Gleam, and Garden Poetry collections offer different decorative approaches to gathering curtains. We take reasonable care when presenting their materials, dimensions, photographs, and instructions.

Review the listing for your chosen design before purchasing. In particular, consider the following details:

  • Appearance: Photography lighting and screen settings can affect how a color or finish appears. Normal manufacturing variations may also produce small differences in texture, pattern, or surface appearance.
  • Dimensions: Measurements are approximate unless the listing expressly states otherwise. Minor variations can arise from production and measuring methods.
  • Curtain compatibility: A suitable fit depends on the tieback’s dimensions and fastening method, as well as the thickness, weight, and gathered volume of your curtains.
  • Installation: Some designs may require hooks, wall fittings, or additional accessories. Check the description to see what is needed and which components are included.
  • Intended purpose: Tiebacks are decorative accessories for gathering suitable curtains. They must not support curtain rods, suspend heavy objects, or be used as structural fittings.
  • Care and handling: Follow the instructions supplied with the item. Pulling too forcefully or allowing contact with sharp or abrasive surfaces may damage the tieback or curtain fabric.

5. Displayed Prices and Corrections

Although we work to maintain accurate listings, errors may occasionally affect pricing, promotions, descriptions, or stock information. We may correct those details when an error is discovered.

Where a significant mistake affects an order, we will explain the issue and, when appropriate, offer the choice of proceeding with the corrected details or canceling for a refund. We will not collect an additional payment without your approval.

Any correction or cancellation relating to an existing purchase will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Preparation and Estimated Arrival

Stock information and delivery estimates are based on the information available when displayed. The usual schedule for standard international orders is:

  • Order preparation: 1–3 business days before dispatch.
  • Shipping transit: 10–20 business days after dispatch.
  • Overall estimate: Approximately 11–23 business days for preparation and transit combined.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs inspections, seasonal carrier demand, severe weather, holidays, and transport disruptions can extend the delivery period.

If an item becomes unavailable before shipment, we will contact you about the available options, including a refund for the item that cannot be supplied.

7. Orders Sent Across Borders

8. Duties, Taxes, and Clearance Charges

This Purchasing Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, excluding its conflict of law rules and subject to any mandatory consumer protections.

The choice of governing law does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to your transaction.
